Assistant General Manager/ Senior Manager, Quality
Control
Job Location: Dhamrai, Dhaka
Job Summary
Plan and execute company goals and objectives towards the
establishment of Quality Control and Micro Laboratories according to market
demands. Lead efficient operation of the QC laboratories to ensure timely
release of all materials for manufacturing and finished product for marketing.
Develop leadership within the quality control department.
Prerequisite to Apply
- Master in Pharmacy/ Chemistry/ Biochemistry from a reputed
university with excellent academic background.
- Conceptually sound and result-oriented with a good track
record of organizational and managerial skills.
- Minimum 14 years working experience in pharmaceutical
industry with 6-7 years in a senior managerial role in quality control.
- Adequate knowledge and experience in the regulatory market,
good understanding about requirements of FDA, GMP regulations and analytical
equipments as applicable to the pharmaceutical quality control and microbiology
laboratories functional to all dosage forms.
- Knowledge in compendial requirement.
- An effective and successful leader with good oral and
written communication skills in English.
